JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:

The Production Supervisor will supervise Lease Operators and ensure safe and efficient production operations.  The position will support assets in multiple states in the Appalachian Basin.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for maintaining safe and efficient operations of producing assets
  • Supervise Lease Operators, roustabouts, and other field staff
  • Manage work schedules to ensure proper asset coverage
  • Lead new well TILs and manage flow back operations
  • Responsible for ensuring uptime of wells, compressors, and production equipment
  • Act as go-between for the field, engineering, and management team

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience working on horizontal shale wells and associated equipment
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and drive 
  • Experience working in a team setting and managing employees in a remote setting
  • Extensive knowledge of production and facility operations
  • Experience with wet gas and oil production and associated equipment such as three-phase separators, stabilizers, VRUs, combustors, and other equipment 
  • Highly familiar with SCADA and telemetry
  • Experience with compressor, dehy, pipeline and other facilities operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard software platforms
  • Comfortable with technology including computers and tablets
  • Familiarity with AFEs and budgets
  • Problem-solving, including remote / over the phone of both technical and non-technical problems
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds occasionally, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
  • Must be reliable and able to work in all weather conditions
  • Applicant must be able to pass a drug screening test as well as a background check

DEPARTMENT: Production

REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor

 

Position Summary:

Responsible for the daily operations of assigned assets, including all wells, processing equipment and production facilities. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Apply working knowledge and understanding to perform, evaluate, and complete activities associated with production from wells. 
  • Complete daily monitoring and review of gas production and fluid inventory on the SCADA system to ensure efficiency, and plan daily activities such as, troubleshooting and maintenance, based on the information obtained.
  • Actively participate in the installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of production and midstream facilities as needed.
  • Conduct regular site checks and make general repairs and maintenance of equipment. 
  • Accurately review flow meter readings, pressures, and production volumes for reports.
  • Responsible and accountable for managing all fluids on the assigned route. Ensure the accuracy of run tickets by pulling and reviewing tickets daily.
  • Minimize downtime by thoroughly understanding the cause, maintain and make regular repairs on equipment to retain or recover lost production. 
  • Identify opportunities and communicate ideas to optimize field production, costs, etc. further to assist with process improvement.
  • Make sure daily activities, site conditions, and regulatory requirements are followed and maintained according to Company policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
  • Operate and maintain compression, dehydration and M&R facilities on route
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Production within the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR) that meet Company’s Insurance qualifications to operate Company vehicle.
  • Veriforce OQ Training is a plus
  • Experience and licensure with operations and/or maintenance of industry equipment.
  • Fundamental understanding of surface and/or subsurface equipment and operations.
  • Basic knowledge of downhole operations, failure analysis, and best practices.
  • Ability to identify problems and failures to perform troubleshooting skills and provide a solution.
  • Understand the safe operation of electrical systems, valves, and high pressure and temperature systems in facilities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. and use/operation of standard office equipment.
  • Ability to operate manual tools related to well maintenance including but not limited to, shovels, wrenches, rakes, etc.
  • Basic math skills with the ability to calculate tank volumes and gas flow rates.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining goals and tasks.
  • Able to ask questions, observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources.
  • Ability to work professionally and respectfully with Land Owners, Operators, teams, and others

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for merging datasets and providing integration tasks associated with all aspects of INR’s well development programs and producing properties.  The position will integrate data flow between all departments with a specific focus on operations, finance and land.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for integrating data collection and reporting from key sources including OGSys and Enverus
  • Merging data and ensuring continuity and accuracy from source to warehouse to report
  • Support and create automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
  • Develop and maintain databases and other tools used to warehouse company data
  • Support general IT needs of the company
  • Generate reports and dashboards for use by CEO, CFO, VPs, investors
  • Assist in simplification of regulatory reporting 
  • Maintain GIS database to ensure date integrity across platforms

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other related degrees
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience 
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong math skills
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, R, Python or similar
  • Technical proficiency in database design, data modeling and data mining
  • Experience with ComboCurve is preferred
  • Adept at query writing and merging of data sets

  • Familiar with regulatory reporting requirements

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:

The Office Manager will function as a company receptionist, manage expenses, handle travel logistics and fill in as needed with accounting, regulatory, and IT work.   

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties including handling calls, visitors and meeting setup.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees and contractors.
  • Coordinating projects between company employees and outside resources such as IT and HR.
  • Organize and execute corporate events and business meetings as requested.
  • Facilitate company mailing efforts.
  • Responsible for monitoring and updating the company’s social media accounts.
  • Efficiently manage company expenses for both office and field staff.

The GIS Manager will be responsible for collecting and compiling data and maintaining the associated data and databases.  The GIS Manager will also create maps, reports and other visual deliverables.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Supervise GIS Analyst(s).

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support integration and linking of land and production data to GIS platform.
  • Ensure continuity and integrity of company data.
  • Create and maintain databases.
  • Merge acquired geographical data with existing data. 
  • Manipulate data for reporting.
  • Develop and maintain GIS files.
  • Generate geographic maps using acquired data.

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:

The Production Engineer will be responsible for engineering tasks associated with the Production and Facilities Engineering for INR’s well development programs and producing properties.  The position will mainly support the Operations and Production Department.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for planning, designing and executing production operations pertaining to INR’s assets
  • Responsibilities include supporting the Operations Department with AFE development, AFE tracking, production monitoring, artificial lift application and optimization, and other tasks as assigned
  • Conduct well reviews with Production Manager, Production Supervisor and Lease Operators
  • Securing pipe, chemicals and other materials/resources to support ongoing and future operations
  • Coordinate with other departments to assist in well permitting and pad design
  • Complete appropriate post-job paperwork for submittal to regulatory agencies 
  • Participate in post-well analysis to refine and optimize future plans
  • Work in tandem with other key roles to integrate data across platforms
  • Create and provide reports to management

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering 
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience
